If you have a question about an undelivered item or problem with an item please use our "Buyers Express" email account URGENT@elegantstate.com and use the word URGENT in the subject line - we will then answer as soon as possible. (you can indicate the level of urgency by the number of repetitions of  "urgent" in the subject line) Be sure to include item number and your eBay name and payment details to speed resolution of any problem. We do not answer pre purchase or general questions from the URGENT address - it is for current purchases ONLY - for pre purchase questions please use email ouzyq039@email.com, Skype or Messenger or eBay's "ask seller a question")

Please bear in mind – I can try to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but my interperter can not. Please be fair – if you email late on Friday we may not be able to answer until Monday.

Payment :

Our bank account and Paypal information are in both the invoice and email that is sent when you win an auction or "buy now" from our eBay store.for security reasons we email details to buyers or winning bidders when needed.


It is VITAL that your payment be identified with you eBay name and/or last 4 digits of your item number - unidentified payments cause delays. There is no need to email payment information to us (in fact we prefer that you do not - keeping email to essentials helps keep costs down) If you use electronic transfer international transfer fees apply - ALL transfer fees are payable by the buyer these can total $35 to over $70 - so International Money Order or Paypal or Paymate are a better option.

***  It is vital that you retain both the packaging and your item until you are sure that there are no problems at all. This allows for re sealing shipping back to me using the "Return to Sender" postage free system.

***  We endeavour to ship goods exactly as photographed - but problems occasionally occur requiring substitution of goods - please rest assured, I will do everything possible to ensure you are delighted with your item.

Costs / Discounts:

***  To keep shipping costs to a minimum and transit time short, goods are shipped either from China / Hong Kong or Australia depending on source location, weight, type, etc. Shipping and handling cost is therefore calculated at a flat rate per product.

*** Our low pricing policy allows us to offer only small discounts, however most buyers are pleased to receive 20% discount on second item's shipping and 30% on third.

***  Shipping discounts can not be applied to $1 or 99c start items.

Timing

***  Goods are usually shipped within just a few days of payment clearing. But unforeseen delays can occur, so if delivery is urgent or deadlined please  email before bidding to be sure.

***  Please allow 2-4 days for payment to clear, 1 - 5 days processing order and up to 9 days transit (depending on destination). We also offer expedited delivery / express shipping when possible.

Urgent Delivery :

If you are in need of rapid delivery please check with us BEFORE bidding to ensure we can meet your schedule. Paymate & Paypal are best methods of payment for urgent items. We always do our very best - but please understand in spite of quantum theory we can not make goods exist in two placed simultaneously just yet!

Damaged / Lost Items :

I check and package goods carefully, so items are usually delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, items in sealed packages or (rarely) defective goods escape detection and are shipped - these will always be immediately replaced or refunded. Goods can sometimes be damaged or lost in transit - this is covered by insurance. Any transit damaged or lost goods will be replaced or refunded immediatly upon their return. (this is why we ask you to keep the packaging too). Refunds are given when all other options fail. To ensure 100% happy customers, so we will ALWAYS find a solution.

***  If you have a problem please contact me before leaving feedback - it is hard to stay motivated to solve problems when my reputation has been damaged permanently by angry words left before I even know there has been a problem.

***  I want all our buyers to be 100% delighted and will do whatever it takes to achieve this provided I am notified about a problem via email before feedback is left. So please be fair - if there is any problem - please give me a chance to compensate and set things straight before damaging my reputation. I can not undo an accident or mistake - but let me know what you want me to do to solve the problem to your satisfaction, compensate you, and ensure that you are not just happy, but delighted with goods and service provided and I will do it. I will probably need help from my interpreter - so please allow me 48 hours to comply.

***  I know that most buyers are honest - but there are a few who might want to take advantage of my "100% delighted customers" instant refund / replacement policy. I ask these buyers to remember that I am not a huge trader - just myself and my interpreter / assistant. I can not afford the financial loss that dishonesty or abuse of this policy could bring. So please be fair and only claim truthfully so I can keep my instant refund / replacement policy going.

Below is a summary of the PROCESS of a typical auction sale :

  • buyer bids and wins auction, or buyer orders an item from our eBay store or online .com store
  • within 36 hours ElegantState sends email and invoice with payment information,
  • within 4 business days Buyer either pays invoice total being sure to identify payment,
  • or bids on additional ElegantState auctions (postage discounts apply to some items)
  • within 4 business days of your payment ElegantState emails to acknowledge that payment has cleared, (if email does not arrive buyer should email ElegantState to let us know)
  • within a few days (usually 2 or 3 days - but sometimes up to 14 days if problems occur) ElegantState emails buyer to inform goods have been shipped.
  • Buyer receives goods and checks that order is complete and undamaged by delivery and leaves positive feedback (or buyer informs ElegantState of problem and ElegantState solves within 7 days)
  • Buyer leaves positive feedback
  • ElegantState leaves positive feedback.
 

Auction Terms & Conditions

By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to report any problem to us at least 48 hours before leaving feedback, and these additional conditions. All items are sold as described. All bids are final (it is very expensive and time consuming if a customer 'changes their mind' after bidding, so please try to think it through first.) Payments should be made, or contact with us made, within 5 business days after auction close. Items are usually shipped within five business days of cleared payment. (Usually just a couple of days, but problems can occasionally occur even in the best systems) Bulk auctions can take a little longer. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available for orders under $500 and any additional fee must be paid by the buyer directly to shipping company (not ElegantState). Photographs in this advertisement are for illustration purposes only, however they are the best representation of the goods possible.
