By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to these conditions. All items are sold as described. All bids are final (it is very expensive and time consuming if a customer 'changes their mind' after bidding, so please try to think it through first.) Payments should be made, or contact with us made, within 5 business days after auction close. Items are usually shipped within five business days of cleared payment. (Usually just a couple of days, but problems can occasionally occur even in the best systems) Bulk auctions can take a little longer. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available for orders under $500 and any additional fee must be paid by the buyer directly to shipping company (not ElegantState).
